Sign up as a member with CHINAM to enjoy our price match service! It is easy and will save you money and time! Our Price Match Guarantee applies whether you're still comparing prices around town or online before you've made your purchase, or you've already brought the item home, only to see it advertised at a lower price somewhere else.

We'll match the product prices of online and local competitors

If you find a current lower price within 7 days after purchase, just provide the proof and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request. If we lower our price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, CHINAM reserves the right to refuse the price match service.

Guidelines and Limitations

- The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number. It must be in stock at the time of Price Match.

- Competitor matches are limited to local authorized dealers or online retailers. Offers found on other deal websites will be validated by local distributor or manufacturer to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

- For purposes of comparing prices, the price ("Price") is the total advertised price of the item including shipping costs, but Price shall not include discounts from any membership program. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item.

- Please provide the entire printed ad, or digital version of ad or the online price web link for proof of price. Original receipts or packing slips are required for price adjustments after purchase.

- Price matches are limited to one competitor price match per identical item per customer.

Exclusions

- Items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock, clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or unspecific offers, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.

- Pricing or typographical errors, limited time or quantity offers, daily deals, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, free items, trade-in offers, rebates or mail-in offers.

General

- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

- We reserve the final right to terminate or alter the above terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.

Local Delivery

All orders shipped with local courier.

Always free shipping for orders over HK $500.

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

All sale items are final purchases.
